Quiet neighborhood that a lot of charm. I grew up in this neighborhood, and went to the preschool down the street. Very much a cute Surfer/Beach vibe to the neighborhood

Everything has been freshly remodeled with new appliances and furniture. There is a new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The unit is also seconds away from the beach access.
