Thank you Cathy. We are glad you were able to stay. And thanks for letting us know about the spiderwebs. We have cleaning staff available 24/7 and I have asked them to take a closer look. I also let the caretaker know about high weeds -- There is a lot of land to cover there and thanks for letting us know. A/C is challenge for August for sure -- and we are looking at ways to cool the lower level. Thank you again for your stay and your feedback - much appreciated.

Hi Donna -- Thank you so much for the feed back. We are sorry to learn that there were issues during your stay. The property water is from a spring / well and is filtered; that is unfortunate there was a smell to it other than natural spring. Our caretaker is available 24/7 to address these concerns. We are checking in to the issue with the water pressure -- I had not been aware of that prior to reading your review. Our caretaker indicated there may have been water facucets left on in other parts of the house. We will also check on the bed room ceiling --- just learned of that as well and certainly want to know of issues caused by a storm. As with many old big houses there are a number of areas to watch and thank you again for pointing them out. Rest assured all will be well and repaired should you return for another visit. We are happy to credit $500.00 toward your next reservation. Fall and Winter is beautiful at this site! Thank you again -- John
