Welcome to The Summit at Mountainside, a charming condo with a fresh renovation!
This delightful single level unit offers breathtaking views and a welcoming interior.
Featuring two comfortable bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed, there are also two full bathrooms so everyone in the group has plenty of space and privacy for their stay. The inviting living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, complete with comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy free wifi throughout your stay, keeping you connected to all that's important. The fully equipped kitchen is just as convenient as at home, featuring modern appliances along with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or al fresco on the deck while taking in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views. For your comfort and safety, the condo is equipped with a gas fireplace, separate heating system, partial air conditioning, and fans, as well as essential safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Enhanced cleaning practices ensure a safe and welcoming environment for your stay.
Guests also have free access to the community amenities, including a refreshing indoor heated pool, brand new hot tub, sauna, and fitness room.
