Amazing Place

This property was great. We loved the location. The vie w was ok. We were not facing the slopes. the apartment was great very roomy. Main street has everything you need.

Property in need of repairs.

Our heat was not working properly so we had to request repairs. We had a water leak in the kitchen and had to request repairs.

Great location & amenities!

The 2 bedroom condo was clean and updated. Within walking distance from everything you would want. Great amenities at the Marriott, including a gym, indoor/outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. I would highly recommend for a nice family vacation.

Clean units with courteous staff & great location

This is a 3-star property with excellent staff and great location for town and for boarding/skiing. Good gym & pool/jacuzzis. Had full kitchen/laundry in unit. Working with Donald (manager of unit) was easy. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and very good facilities

The overall experience was very good and we will most likely return. Three issues that drove the score down: 1. Marriott asked me to provide dates for cleaning. The cleaning did not happen on time and only after repeated questions they cleaned the apartment. 2. The toilets had bad smell and it was not really fixed when they have sent a handyman. 3. The internet connection is bad: disappears intermittently. The location is awesome: just steps always from the ski lift and from an abundance of good restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious.

Our favorite in Park City

This is our second stay here and we plan on coming back next year as well. The location is the best! We can walk to coffee shops and restaurants within a minute. The town lift is literally across the street. We also love the pool, many hot tubs, and the air hockey!

Clean close

Our 2 bedroom condo was clean, close to lifts, and Marriott staff was efficient about every request. We ate in a couple of nights but so many restaurant choices close by, hot tubs were perfect--hot and social or private... We had 4 college boys and used every bed and pull out in the place and every one was firm and comfortable-- no sags. Jet bath in the unit was lovely addition and all in all the summit watch and Travel Scowt were responsive and reliable. Where else can I go with you all?!

Park City Ski Vacation

Combines the best of both worlds...ski in/ski out location (literally 100 yards to the Town Lift) with comp ski storage at the lift and right in the middle of Main St. Everything you need is in walking distance. The unit itself was excellent and well maintained. Front desk was very responsive. Excellent facility! Great vacation! No complaints!

Great service

The condo, which was recently renovated, was spacious, comfortable and in a great location….just steps from the town lift and within block of all the restaurants and bars in Park City. More surprising, was the service of the Marriott vacations staff. Equal to that of a 4 or 5 star hotel and better then I've experienced at any Marriott hotel. Travelscowt did a wonderful job making the arrangements and advising me on how to make sure I got the best experience possible. I'd definitely consider booking through travelscowt for another Marriott vacation program again.

Perfect location!

My family and I loved staying at the Marriott Summit Watch. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs (there are 3!) every day. The town lift right across the street made skiing home so much fun everyday. We also love being able to walk right onto Main Street for shopping and dinner. The rooms are huge yet cozy. The kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay again and again!

Perfect!!

My husband and I took our two college age kids to Park City and the Marriott Summit Watch worked perfectly for our stay. Location can't be beat. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool area was great. Our rooms were well furnished and well taken care of. One son slept on the pull out couch and the mattress was quite soft but I have never heard of a sleep sofa that is comfortable...you just can't bend a mattress in half and think it will stay firm. I'd stay here again next visit!

Ski Week to Park City

I'm a hard core skier but wanted to bring some non-skiers along for a ski week. I chose Park City for a well rounded destination. Marriott's Summit Watch was a natural choice and it did not disappoint. The best aspect of this is LOCATION. Its right down town, in close walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars, stores, and spas. Perfect for any non-skiers in the group. A ski lift for Park City Resort is right across the street. A convenient free bus stop is just a block away to all the other resorts and any stores that are not in walking distance. The rooms are well kept, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the common area is nothing but fun with a big group. The agent, Donald Archer was very helpful with the rental, and was always able to answer my questions immediately. I would definitely rent from him again, without reservation. A++++ job with everything.

1st trip to Utah - Outstanding Break

We have stayed a few Marriot Vacation rental before so knew what we were expecting, the same great layout, plenty of space in the 2br villa, full kitchen, washing machine/ dryer and we were not disappointed. The kids activity was great: activities, pool & hot tubs and sledding equipment to borrow. Very helpful team at the activity center recommended where to sled for example. The biggest advantage of this resort is LOCATION!! Right across the street from the Town lift up to skiing, right next to Main Street for fabulous shops and restaurants... really no need for a car, as it's only 40 mins from the airport and then there are free shuttles to the other resorts: Canyons, Deer Valley, Shopping Mall and Park city Mountain resort. Our lift pass covered Canyons too but as we had beginner skiers there is definitely more gren runs at Park city over either Deer Valley or Canyons, so we just skied there for 4 days. The Marriot suggested the local ski rental shop where they offer residents 25% of rental. The service and friendliness of the team was outstanding, we ever switched our rentals to have a no ski day in the middle and it was totally hassle free. They offer FREE storage so no lugging the equipment back to your Villa and they are conveniently just outside the Marriot. The Marriot team were very helpful in offering local advice about visiting the Olympic park and where to get groceries. Finally the rental agent was extremely responsive in the whole booking process. All in all an excellent break!!!

great vacation

we had a two-bedroom unit. very convenient location, easy to get to town lift to ski, right on main street for access to shopping and dining options. kids loved the pool and game room area. perfect location, really. staff was very friendly and helpful. will consider staying here for future vacations

Fabulous time!

We had a fabulous time at the Marriott Summit Watch. The staff were very nice and professional. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs everyday after skiing. The units were well equipped which allowed us to have a few meals in the condo. It was nice also having a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was free for the 1st car and $10 a day for the 2nd car. There was a ski caddy to take your skis at the end of the day and there for the next morning. We skied Park City, the Canyons and Deer Valley. Loved the convenience of being downtown in Park City for walking to the shopping and restaurants. We would love to come back. The bus and trolley service are free which is nice if the group's plans change during the day.

Location, Location, Location!

Perfect ski-in and ski-out to The Town Lift and having the availability of the resort ski valet is a bonus! The condo is within walking distance to all that Park City has to offer and the free bus is easy if you don't want to walk.
