A fully stocked kitchen, formal dining room, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms with plush bedding make the home ideal for families, groups, longer stays, or weekend getaways. Downstairs, the expansive rec room features a 75” smart TV and shuffleboard table, creating a dedicated hangout spot for games and movie nights.

The primary king suite includes a private bath and TV, and a second bedroom with its own en suite full bathroom provides additional comfort and privacy—ideal for families or groups.
Lower Level
The finished rec room features a large sectional with a 50” TV, a shuffleboard table, pull-out sleeping space, and room for lounging or playtime. It’s a perfect spot for movie nights, friendly competition, or rainy-day fun.
Family-Friendly Touches
Crib, toddler bed, high chair, toys, and games are all provided to make travel easy and stress-free. For peace of mind, the home is equipped with new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors throughout. We fell in love with this neighborhood because it has the perfect mix of charm, walkability, and great local energy. Being right next to The Hill and Southwest Garden means amazing restaurants, cozy cafés, and locally owned shops are just a few minutes away.
We also love how close it is to Forest Park, the zoo, museums, and all the family-friendly spots St. Louis is known for. The area feels welcoming, safe, and easy to navigate — the kind of place where you can truly settle in and feel at home.
