Other Things to Note:

Please note that the building requires a month-to-month lease to be completed, along with acknowledgment of all HOA rules and regulations at check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll meet you in person at check-in to review and sign the lease, as well as go over all building and HOA guidelines to ensure a smooth stay. Any extensions to your reservation will still be managed directly through Airbnb for liability and insurance purposes.
