Questo cottage è abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia che tornerai per un drink o per usare il bagno! Quando abbiamo avuto i bambini, la comodità di tornare indietro per cambiare un pannolino o prendere una bottiglia fresca era la cosa migliore. Amerai la doccia esterna in cedro, i classici pavimenti in pino, la macchina per il ghiaccio sottobanco, l'aria centrale e la griglia in acciaio inossidabile e il ponte esterno che cattura l'ultimo del sole al tramonto. Questa casa è davvero il perfetto cottage sulla spiaggia - le foto raccontano la storia!

Coming Home

The house was perfect for the 2 of us! My husband grew up coming to Manasquan; we decided to come for a short visit to stay at the shore. We will come back!!

Great long weekend getaway!

This place was the perfect find for our family of three! So close to the beach, communication with Mike was a breeze! And had great restaurant recommendations! We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect beach cottage

This was the perfect locations for my family with two teens. The property is truly pristine and well cared for. Everything works. The location is perfect, literally 2-3 minutes to a wonderful beach. Everything we needed was nearby. Communication with Mike was easy and pleasant. We can’t wait to go back!

Great experience!

The house was the perfect size and everything was extremely clean! Working with Mike and Tracey was great! Such a convenient location a block from the beach too! We had everything we needed and loved the fact that there was an ice machine. Hope to stay again next summer!

Sweet Little Beach Cottage Fully Equipped

Perfect spot for a family or friend getaway. Extremely close to the beach and easy access to all shore attractions. The kitchen has everything you’d need to make and serve meals. Mike and Tracey are easy to communicate with. It’s a sweet little location. We hope to return again.

Nice little house near beach

We enjoyed our stay near the beach. House was very nice. You do have to bring your own sheets and towels. Grill is good and outside table sits 6. Beds are on firm side, couch is comfortable. Dishwasher and washer/dryer work well.

Great location, perfect amount of space

My family and I (my mother, husband, 9 yr old son and I) stayed here for 5 days and found the property perfect for our needs. They provided: pillows, mattress covers, eating utensils (including knives), some cleaning supplies, BEACH BADGES, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The place was comfortable and all the appliances were in great condition, AC worked great. Outdoor shower was very useful. Right around the corner from the cafe, great food! Don't forget to follow the instructions and order your LINEN SERVICE at least two weeks in advance! That's what we did and we were on our own for sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels. Note: The way the property is situated, you have many properties surrounding you and you may run into some late and loud partying neighbors over the weekend like we did. This was just bad luck/bad timing for us but always a possibility at the Jersey shore! Keep in mind street parking is a challenge on Summer weekends.

Great stay!

My family visited the New Jersey shore for the first time during our stay here. We really enjoyed this location! Peaceful with not a lot of traffic or super crowded beach. Lots of restaurant options within a 5-10 minute drive. The house is small, but provided what we needed. It is an older cottage that is behind the main house. But it has been updated with nice amenities such as the he dishwasher and ice maker. Nice outdoor sitting area. The inside was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great! It was an easy walk to the beach. The beach was perfect for our group. Our 4 year old loved the playground and our 11 year old loved the volleyball net. We also loved the boardwalk for a morning walk. Also, Gigis pizza and ice cream was a quick walk down the boardwalk and we visited there often. The only downside was the parking. We had to park on the street. This wasn’t a problem during the week but during the weekend we had trouble finding a spot nearby. But overall, I would stay here again and recommend it!

A great little spot steps from the beach

This adorable house has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach in Manasquan. It’s clean and Mike is very helpful. We loved the front porch, outdoor shower and BBQ grill. There isn’t a lot of privacy outdoors, but with the beach so close by, you hardly need it.

Couldn't ask for more

Hands down one of the best equipped rentals I've stayed in in Manasquan...had everything you could need for a comfortable stay (plus everything was in good condition and the house overall was very clean.) Beds were comfy, bathroom had a deep soaking tub and convenient stacked washer/dryer, kitchen was fully stocked with great counter space and ice machine with small ice chips were a huge bonus. Big table inside and outside for eating or playing board games. Beach chairs, 4 badges (they're $10 pp daily!) and the outside shower were essential for a great beach stay. Mike made the check in process and garbage collection seamless and easy. My family and I would definitely rent here again.

The BEST place to stay!

This was the absolute perfect spot for a couple or small family! So close to the beach, outdoor shower, sunroom, outdoor table and chairs, so much storage, beautifully renovated with an ice machine! The owner was so great with communicating! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent

Communication was superb and the location was ideal for a short walk to the beach. We were there off season and shared the beach w only a handful of others. The community felt safe, was peaceful, and had fun dining options.

Perfect cozy immaculate bungalow--we didn't want to leave

Everything was immaculate in this cozy bungalow. Perfect location to walking the beach walk or walking into town. I hope to make this an annual trip in March -- we just loved it.

Cute cottage perfect location near the beach and downtown.

Stayed a whole week to celebrate Thanksgiving with family in Manasquan. Overall a very positive experience with Mike the host and his place near the beach.

Cute bungalow

Great little place. Very clean and all instructions were clear. Mike was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. It had a screen porch and a deck so lots of options. 1 block from the beach. Awesome location. Neighbors are close, but we're very nice.

Clean, attractive, well put together space close to beach

Cottage was a clean, attractive, well put together space close to beach, exactly what we were looking for. It was closer to the beach than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Thought that address being 2nd Ave, it would be 2 blocks from the beach; it is more like 1 block - 1st Ave. is beach front; so we were very happy with the location. And the space worked very well for us. It was just my husband and I but the space would have also worked well for a family with young children.

Family Shore Vacation in Manasquan

We loved our week at Mike & Tracey’s cute shore cottage! The location is perfect to walk to and from the beach, and the house is extremely clean to enjoy! Love the street with other lovely well kept homes and free parking up and down the street too! We loved the space for four adults and enjoyed the different areas to sit like the screened in porch, outdoor tables, kitchen table and couch! We enjoyed grilling on the grill for a BBQ one night, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby too! Mike was super nice to let us check in early from a red eye flight and we were able to take a nap! The Linen Service was very helpful since we flew in from Arizona, and we were not able to bring sheets, blankets and towels. All of the beds were made for us and towels ready! We also appreciated the beach chairs, and beach umbrella since we also could not bring them! Manasquan is such a cute, fun shore town with so much to do, and to be able to stay in this lovely cottage makes a shore vacay perfect! We highly recommend their shore house and we can’t wait to rent again next year, but we want to stay longer! Thanks!! Joan and Family

Tracey & I have two kids who have grown up renting summer houses with us until we bought this house. We all love the beach - it is a year-round discussion at our house - when we're going next, and what friends we're inviting.

We were looking for a place for ourselves where we could live at the beach, and we equipped the house with all of the high-end features and made it a comfortable space for friends and their families. Manasquan is an active family town with restaurants, watersports, fireworks weekly, outdoor dining, and night life. You will never run out of things to do.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

So close to the beach that you will come back to the house instead of buying a drink at the burger shack, or using the public restroom. Perfectly restored cottage gives you comfort and convenience. Our guests tell us "you've thought of EVERYTHING"
