Code didn’t work at check in, also I had to request check in instructions and never received check out instructions. Brown stain on sheets. Bugs. Picture showed coffee in kitchen but there was none. Utensils missing from kitchen so we had to share forks. Decent but not up to par with what we paid.

We only stayed one night, but the host was accommodating, the house was clean, roomy, quiet and comfortable. Someone with younger children would love the bunk bed and game room. Would definitely stay here if we ever need accommodations in the area.

What stood out: customer service was amazing. communication with the host was efficient, responsive and friendly. The house was perfect and suited our needs! Clean, comfortable and the directions to location were perfect. An awesome family get away!

The hosts were very kind, responsive, and attentive whenever I reached out, which we appreciated. We were also grateful to find a property that allowed us to bring our dog.That said, there were several things that kept this from being a higher-rated stay. The property looks nicer and more updated in the listing photos than it does in person and could use some general updating and attention. There was also no outdoor seating, and while the property is dog-friendly, the yard is not fenced.The sulfur/foul smell from the water was disclosed and stated to be safe, but the odor was strong enough that several people in our group were uncomfortable showering or brushing their teeth with it.The kitchen was missing some basics, including oven mitts, cookie sheets, and hand towels. The skee-ball machine in the game room was also unusable because the batteries were dead.Our 4 PM check-in was delayed because the cleaner was still working when we arrived, so we waited until around 5 PM to settle in. The outdoor trash can was also already quite full upon arrival, leaving little room for our weekend trash.Overall, the hosts were pleasant and responsive, but the property could use some love and attention to the details that make a rental more comfortable.
