My name is Carl Berndt but my friends call me Captain Carl. I’m from a little town in the Bay Area called San Lorenzo. I love the Mountains and Mother Nature . I wanted to share my love of the outdoors with everyone so I picked a Cabin in the mountains near a beautiful lake and ski resort. I love hiking, fishing, snowboarding, horseback riding and so much more. I enjoy sharing my cabin so other people can enjoy all the mountain lifestyle has to offer.

I chose this particular neighborhood after a year of looking for the right location because it’s only a ten minute drive to the beach at Pinecrest Lake where you can fish, hike, swim, rent boats, or just relax on the beach. It’s also a ten minute drive to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort for a perfect day of skiing or snowboarding. It’s also close to many trailheads for awesome hikes and mountain bike trails !!!
