This nicely maintained town home offers spectacular views of the ocean from all decks. Just a short walk to ramp access from 54th Street. No steps leading up from 54th to promenade. The home offers a unique layout with two designated living spaces on the top level The two living spaces are divided by the dining area and stair case leading up from the 2nd level. There is a conveniently located powder room off the north side living area. 3 points of access to the main living deck perfect for sunbathing and entertaining. The 2nd level is equipped with all 4 bedrooms and a full hallway bath. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own private deck. The master suite has a full bathroom and private deck on the front south side of the house. The ground level offers a large bonus room equipped with bar, sink, powder room and access to back and side yard. Great space for entertaining. Owners are replacing flooring, all mattresses and repainting for the 2025 season. Great house in a convenient location
