Nestled in beautiful Waterville Valley, this bright and relaxing riverside townhouse is the perfect mountain retreat. Located directly on the Mad River and just a 7-minute walk to downtown, the home offers peaceful surroundings with easy access to everything the valley has to offer.
With three spacious bedrooms—including two king beds, a bunk bed, two twin beds and a loft—there’s plenty of room for families and groups. The townhouse features four bathrooms, complete with a jetted tub, bidet, steam shower, and a private sauna for a touch of spa-like luxury.
After a day of skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, or exploring, unwind by the warm, inviting fireplace or step out to the deck and backyard, where you can relax by the river or fire up the grill.
Guests also enjoy access to the White Mountain Athletic Club, featuring a full gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool with splash pad, and more—making it the perfect home base for adventure, relaxation, and everything in between.
