The Space:

Step into this fun and vibrant West Town duplex—a colorful Chicago stay designed for comfort and style. Enter through the private rear entrance into a bright main floor featuring a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, a cozy living room with a 65" Smart TV, and a dining area for four.
*The first level also includes a bedroom with a full bed, closet, and dresser, plus a full bathroom with a tub. You’ll find extra essentials like a pack ’n play, air mattress, and blankets neatly stored in the closet.
Head downstairs to discover two more inviting bedrooms
*One with a full bed, and another with a queen bed and full-length mirror—along with a second full bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, and plenty of storage.
Throughout the home, you’ll find bold wallpaper murals, neon signs, and unique touches that make the space one-of-a-kind, including a statement mural of the Chicago lakefront and skyline.
Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig (K-cups provided), relax on your private patio, or head upstairs to the shared rooftop deck for stunning skyline views. (Note: rooftop furniture belongs to other residents, but guests are welcome to use and enjoy the view!)
This spacious apartment is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers looking for a stylish and comfortable Chicago home base—close to West Loop, Fulton Market, and downtown.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire two-story apartment, including the private patio and dedicated parking space. Entry is through the rear door of the building, accessible from outside. You’re also welcome to enjoy the shared rooftop deck for amazing skyline views — please note that any furniture on the roof belongs to other residents.
Other Things to Note:
Please refer to house rules for information regarding pets, quiet hours, lost and found, and more.
A Minut noise monitor is installed inside the unit to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone in the building. It only measures noise levels — not conversations — and will beep if volume gets too high. It also detects smoke of every kind.
You’ll have one free dedicated parking space located directly behind the building for your convenience. It is the leftmost spot if facing the building.
There is another door inside the unit that leads to the building’s interior hallway, which connects to other tenants’ doors and a side door to the exterior. These doors do not have keypads, and we don’t provide keys for them. You can exit through them in an emergency (after locking from the inside), but please use the rear door as your main entrance, which has a keypad for easy, secure access.
