This location in the quiet heart of the town is situated 20 minutes to New York Times Square, 8 minutes to Newark Airport, 5 to 7 minutes walk to Irvington bus terminal, banks and grocery store, as well as a few steps to bus stops at both ends of the street.

This memorable studio is in its pristine condition, in a newly renovated building that sits on a decent quite street close to Eastern bye pass/ garden state park way, which makes it the perfect home base for your trip to New Jersey.
With security cameras in the four corners of the building to let our guests know their safety is prioritized, this newly renovated building is secured with a white vynil fence, and has a clean airy backyard with outdoor furniture to enable our guests feel safe to smoke within the building.

Guests will find a charming space with one cozy bedroom and a new clean, comfortable bathroom. The studio stays pleasant year-round thanks to air conditioning and heating. A hair dryer is also available to make your stay more enjoyable. Extra blankets and pillow with daily basic needs: tooth brush & toothpaste, a reliable internet, kitchen basics and cleaning supplies to give you the feel at home vibes.

Whether you’re here for work, on long stay, or leisure, this amazing staycation offers a relaxing retreat after a busy day.
