Well maintained safe building

The property has been very well maintained. Apartment was impeccably clean. Management is pleasant and helpful. Manuel gave us full tour and shared some insider details. Great place to bring your family for a safe quite place to stay in the city with epic views.

Exceeded expectations!

Even before we arrived, Raquel and Manuel were both amazing in their prompt replies and helpfulness in planning our trip. You couldn’t find better hosts. The thoughtful apartment layout was awesome for 2 people or a couple. Couches and beds were super comfortable. The location and neighborhood were also top notch with excellent restaurants within walking distance and easy pickup for Uber. We loved every single thing about this VRBO. We’ll visit again!

GREAT PLACE in Americana, Guadalajara

Traveled from California to Guadalajara for a Wedding, and stayed for a week. This place was GREAT! Very modern, tastefully furnished, well-equipped, comfortable, and very safe & secure. Great views of the city from both the living room and bedroom decks. The hosts, Manuel & Raquel were fantastic! They were quickly responsive if we needed anything, and helpful in suggesting restaurants, places to go, grocery stores, etc. And they turned us on to a GREAT TOUR GUIDE, Hector, who spent 2 days with us and educated us a lot about the city. This is really a GREAT PLACE to stay! Thank you, Manuel & Raquel :)

Two day stop in GDL

Perfect location for a stay. The apartment building is very tidy and beautiful. Apartment is well stocked and Manuel greeted us upon our arrival. We slept so well because of the excellent construction. Be sure to spend time on the terrace and enjoy the view of the skylines. By far the nicest place that I have stayed at with VRBO.

Great stay in Guadalajara!

Manuel is great and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment is amazing and has some really great views of the city. You can tell that they invested a lot into this place. There is plenty of space and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well kept. My only wish is that I got to stay there longer! Thanks Manuel!

Beautiful and modern apt. Great location. Thoughtful and attentive hosts.

I loved my stay at Americana. Very well equiped apartment. Located in an area with many great eateries ( like Allium) but it was reallyManuel and Raquel that made my stay perfect. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Rami and his friend are excellent guests. They are very and kind, so quiet that we even didn´t know they were there. They left the apartment very neat and everything perfect order. We hope to have them back soon. Thank you Rami!

Excellent location with lovely night view of the city. Well equipped and very clean.

Manuel and his family were absolutely wonderful! The condo was in very good condition, and when we called Manuel to report a problem with the wifi connection, he gave attention to the problem without delay. I'm sort of a foodie so I found the close proximity of many good restaurants very appealing. Renting this property gave me a view of an area of Guadalajara that I was unaware of. My one regret is that I had to return home and was unable to spend more time there. In fact, due to building security and the opportunity to live in a building managed by Manuel, I seriously considered relocating to Guadalajara and renting this lovely property long term. Gracias a Manuel y a su esposa!
