Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house is so cute and is a place we were able to relax and spend time together. There is plenty to do outback in the pool area!

Lots of things to do for everyone—kids and adults. Location was close to good restaurants and stores. Home was clean and accommodating. Host communicated well and often.

We had a fantastic stay, the Home had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and grill was great we stayed for 2 full weeks so we cooked at the house quit a bit. The lawn games and fenced yard was perfect.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, we had a major plumbing issue where the toilets and showers stopped working, and sewage backed up into both of the showers. Although the host did have a plumber come out, the plumbing issues still continued the following morning, leaving the master bathroom unusable when we were trying to get ready before checkout at 10 am.There were also several maintenance issues throughout the home. One of the bedrooms had an A/C unit that barely worked, making the room extremely hot, especially during the summer. Multiple doors were broken or difficult to use, the refrigerator door would not stay closed unless pushed shut, and the fire alarm repeatedly went off during the night and early morning without any apparent reason. While I appreciate that the host responded by sending a plumber, the number of issues significantly affected our vacation and made the stay much more stressful than expected. We also reached out regarding compensation due to the disruptions but were not offered any accommodation.I hope these maintenance issues are addressed before future guests arrive, as the property has potential but was not in the condition we expected for the price we paid.

We had a great trip! This house is nice and equipped with everything you might need! We brought 6 kids and 4 adults and had plenty of room. It was also very clean. We were provided with plenty of laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods... literally everything we had plenty of. Most places I've stayed you just get a couple to start you off but we didn't have to buy anything. Very happy with our stay and I would say we will be back!! Also the Belleair beach very close by is beautiful!!! 10/10!!

We had a great stay!! It is about a 10 minute drive to the beach and parking was pretty easy to find (look for the Park Mobile App signs). The house came with beach chairs and a cooler which we very much appreciated. I would stay again!

We loved the home and had a good time. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and roomy, lots of things to do outside for entertainment as well as the game room on the inside. The only one bad thing was the pool table was a little un-level, but all in all still playable. We would definitely stay here again, very nice hosts.
