Welcome to your spacious and well‑equipped getaway on Mystic Island Lagoon, opening directly to the Great Bay. This home is designed for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable family memories.

Newly built bulkhead with 32' and 10' floating docks for boating and fishing
16' x 10' waterside deck perfect for lounging and entertaining
Mariners are welcome to dock their boats
Kayaks (2), paddleboards (2), and raft provided for exploring the lagoon
Outdoor Living
Expansive yard with patio furniture, fire pit, and gas grill
First and second‑floor decks offering beautiful sunset views and front‑row seats to family water fun
Dining tables and deck furniture for alfresco meals
Bikes provided for local adventures and beach chairs and sun umbrellas for beach time.
Comfortable Accommodations
Four bedrooms with beds for ten guests
Private sunroom with full‑size futon for two additional sleepers
Each sleeping area includes ceiling fan, TV, reading lights, charging stations, and cozy chairs
