Step inside and instantly feel at home. The open living area is filled with natural light and extends seamlessly onto your own private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in gentle Gulf breezes and beach and water views. The fully stocked kitchen—complete with full-size appliances, cookware, and all the essentials—makes preparing meals a breeze.
The bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite full bath for ultimate privacy and convenience. A separate half bath off the main living space adds extra comfort for guests.
As a beachfront complex, Tradewinds puts you just steps from the sugar-white sands of Marco Island’s world-renowned beach. For your convenience, beach gear is provided, including chairs and other essentials, so you can head out to the shoreline without any hassle. After a day in the sun, enjoy the on-site amenities or retreat to your cool, comfortable condo to unwind.
Additional perks include a dedicated covered parking space, ideal for keeping your car shaded and protected, as well as secure building access and beautiful common areas. Common laundry facilities are available on each floor and can be used for a minimal fee – ideal for extended stays.
