• Onsite parking for up to 6 vehicles—a rare amenity on Lake Sunapee.

House Rules:
-Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival to comply with Pond Life's Terms of Service, Homeowners' Association rules or local laws or regulations.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
- All House Rules must be followed throughout the duration of the stay.
- Guest must be over the age of 21 to book and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period
- ID verification on booking guest and all guests under the age of 25 prior to arrival
- $3,500 Security Deposit will be held on Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure for stays 27 days or less. $3,500 Security Deposit will be held on Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 30 days after departure for stays 28 days or more. Reservation Cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.
- Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. No parties, large gatherings, events, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. Fireworks are not permitted. No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the property. If any sign of smoking or vaping is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the Guest a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee.
- Bottled water is required for consumption
- Guests are expected to leave the property tidy before departing. Please wash the dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels in the shower.
- Parents should be aware of where children are at all times. Young children should be supervised when on waterfront areas, beachfront, boat launches, or boating. Children under the age of 18 should always wear life jackets when involved in boating or waterfront activities. Parents accept full responsibility for their children in all waterfront activities and boating.
- Please be considerate when using cooking spices. We all love flavor, but some smells permeate longer than your stay. Any excessive odor may result in additional fees charged. Do not cook with strong aromatic foods and heavy spices inside the cabin, please use the outside grill.
- This rental cannot be used for business purposes
-The number of guests listed on the booking reservation is considered the maximum number of guests approved and authorized to be on the property, staying the night or visiting. A guest is any adult or child at the property. No unauthorized guests on the property at any time. Disregarding this is cause for booking being terminated and guests being asked to vacate the property. No refunds will be given. Guests will be charged $100 per day/night per person for guests exceeding the approved number of guests.
- If excessive wear and tear is found on property or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills; trash left on site; unclean dishes; stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, the Owner has the right to evict the booking Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
-All properties managed by Pond Life Vacation Rentals have on-site devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt, or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. Valhalla has the following devices: Security Camera System - exterior only; Sound Decibel Monitor - does not record sound; monitors noise level in common areas throughout the home.
-For reservations 28 days and longer, utilities are included with caps. Overages are billed and due monthly.
-Self-catered rental; limited consumables provided: We will provide a starter supply of dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, trash bag and paper towel. Please be sure to bring additional supplies, including beach towels, for your stay. Each property is professionally cleaned and stocked prior to your arrival.
-Pests and Environment: To ensure the best guest experience, we perform regular pest control maintenance on the cabin. Because the cabin is located in wooded and mountainous areas, we cannot guarantee that the cabin will be pest or insect free. We do not offer refunds for pests or insects. Unfortunately, ladybugs, insects and other pests are a part of our environment and we are unable to prevent them from occasionally visiting the cabin. Please contact us if the need arises and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
