The “Baumgarten” apartment on the second floor offers charming Bavarian coziness paired with beautiful lake and mountain views. Accommodating up to four guests, it includes a bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) in the living room—perfect for couples or small families.
The compact kitchen is equipped for everyday use, featuring a filter coffee machine, two-burner stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom includes a bathtub with an integrated shower, and a shared washing machine is available in the house.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery—an ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day. Free Wi-Fi and a TV are provided for your convenience.
Seven complimentary parking spaces are available at the property, with additional free and paid parking options nearby. Dogs are welcome (EUR 15 per night).
