Super Host Brasil is pleased to offer this excellent apartment in Pitangueiras, Guarujá. Located 70 meters from the beach (one block), our condominium has a club concept - complete leisure facilities with 3 swimming pools: adult, children's and semi-Olympic, playroom, sauna, gym equipped with new equipment and an on-site restaurant with breakfast. Garage for 2 cars. Close to restaurants, bars and shops.
Negotiate flexible check-out on Sundays!
Hanging clothes on the apartment balcony is prohibited. In the garage, park only in the available space, respecting the markings. If a staff member is present, follow their instructions to avoid problems.
To request apartment cleaning service, please call extension 2003, exclusively between 9 am and 12 pm. After this time, the service will not be available.
Beach service must be accessed via the side corridor. Each apartment is entitled to two to four chairs and one umbrella, available from 8 am to 5 pm, according to city regulations. The service is not offered on rainy days.
The ground-floor pool is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Bringing coolers or thermal containers with drinks is prohibited, as is the use of sound systems of any size. Consuming beverages or using glass bottles and dishes is also not allowed in the pool area.
The rooftop pool is for the exclusive use of condominium residents. Guests and visitors are not permitted to use it.
We ask that you keep your shoes inside the apartment, helping to preserve the space. The trash cans are located in the hallway on the floor, inside the stairwell.
