Welcome to our apartment for up to 4 people, with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area. The bedroom offers a beautiful sea view, a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk, and ceiling fan. The cozy living room has a sofa bed and a 49” smart TV with cable channels, ideal for accommodating 2 children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, double-door refrigerator, oven, toaster, pots and pans, and basic utensils. Integrated with the living room, it provides comfort and interaction for family and friends.
For the safety of the children, the apartment has protective screens, but we request that the doors remain locked at all times, as the external corridors are open and unsecured. Constant supervision is essential.
We accept one small pet per rental, provided it is house-trained to relieve itself in the appropriate place. There is an additional charge, and the pet must be included in the number of guests. The guest is responsible for any damage, including upholstery and carpet cleaning, at a cost of R$300.00, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.
