Located directly across the street from the beach and just steps from Public Beach Access #7, you’ll enjoy effortless days of sun, sand, and relaxation.

For us, it’s the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience—a place where we can enjoy the beach every day while still feeling connected to the heart of Bonita Springs. It’s no wonder we fell in love with this neighborhood and made it our home.
