Welcome to your cozy home-away-from-home! This shared downstairs room in a shared townhome is perfect for a peaceful stay.
The Space
• Shared Room (Located Downstairs): Enjoy a quiet space with another working professional roommate.
• Workspace: A table and chair are provided, ideal for getting tasks done during your stay.
• Shared Bathroom: Clean and well-maintained, shared with guests in another room downstairs.
• Laundry Facilities: Washer and dryer are in same rental room for your convenience.
Shared Spaces: Dining area and Kitchen. Light Use of Fridge, Stove and Microwave is included. No heavy cooking at all. Respect privacy of other guests and clean up after yourself.
Additional Perks
• Beautiful Balcony: Take in stunning views while enjoying your meals or morning coffee outdoors.
Proximity to Attractions:
• 5-minute drive to Waterworld for some fun and adventure.
• 15-minute drive to Downtown Denver for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• 25-minute drive to Boulder for breathtaking hikes and charming local shops.
• Convenient Location: Just two blocks from Highway 36 and a 5-minute drive to I-25, making it easy to get around.
• Nearby Stores: Plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within a 10-minute drive.
Living Situation:
This is a shared townhome with two respectful and friendly long-term male renters living on the main level, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. The in-unit laundry is shared, with a dedicated laundry day once a week for smooth coordination.
Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this guest room provides a comfortable stay with great amenities and a fantastic location!
I won`t be available in person, however, I`m always available for help via app
• All adult guests must provide a government-issued photo ID after booking (no exceptions) to ensure a safe and secure stay.
• Please keep shared and private areas clean and organized.
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Clean up after yourself when using the restroom.
• Shared spaces use is allowed. Only Light Kitchen use is allowed.
• Clean up after eating and avoid leaving clutter in shared areas.
• No smoking or marijuana, no pets, and no parties allowed.
• Respect privacy and maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment.
