Welcome to your modern 1-bedroom retreat in the heart of downtown London, Ontario! This cozy and stylish unit offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything the city has to offer.

Located on the first floor,
Step into a bright and well-appointed 1-bedroom apartment designed for both short and extended stays. The unit features:
A comfortable bedroom with fresh linens
A modern living area perfect for relaxing or working
A equipped kitchen with essential cookware and appliances
A clean, well-maintained bathroom with toiletries provided
High-speed WiFi and smart TV
Guests have full access to the entire unit. You’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay and can enjoy the home as your own.
HOUSE RULES:
We ask that you treat this residence the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home :)
📍 Registered Guests
• All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
📍Pet Rules Policy
• You need to inform if your bringing a pet
• There is a pet fee of $75 per pet / stay
• A refundable pet fee deposit of $100 to be refunded after stay
• No aggressive breeds (including Pitbulls)
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment
📍No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners.
• Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 Check Out
• Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee.
📍 Damage / Missing items
• Any damages or missing items reported by the cleaning team after your stay will be charged accordingly.
📍Just to confirm that you’ve read over the house rules, please state “I’ve read your house rules` when making an inquiry or accomplishing an Instant Book.
