Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay. Access to all the amenities, 2 car garage parking, EV charger with building management approval.

Tree-lined streets, pocket parks, and charming cafés give the neighborhood a relaxed vibe, while the nearby trolley makes it easy to get around without a car. - Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs a lease agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
