Very Wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in Maui and this rental ended up being in such a great location! Extremely good walkability to stores, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, markets, etc. Literally anything you need within a 5-10 minute walk. Even more options if you want to extend the radius to go further. We also had a rental car and felt very centrally located to being able to explore all over the island. We were very happy with our stay! It was quiet and an added bonus was the free parking and private beach out front. Absolutely wonderful to watch the sunset and swim whenever we wanted, just a 30 second walk out front! Would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in, ac worked great. Simple but had everything you needed. Wish they stated that they had beach chairs, noodles etc earlier before arrival other than that everything was good

The apartment has a great location and a beautiful view from the balcony. It is located right next to the beach. Theres a supermarket nearby, so you dont need to drive to do the grocery shopping.

Great condo and location

Loved our stay. Everything from the ease of check-in, the condition of the condo, cleanliness, pool and grounds, beach, to checkout. It was a very pleasant stay. The location was great as well. We will be back for sure!

Ideal for family reunion

My husband and I travelled with our two adult children and their spouses, renting three condos here. Lots of chances to be together at the lovely beach and pool, and enjoyed grilling and eating in the picnic area. Nce to have the convenience and privacy if individual condos. A great stay!

Paradise

Love the property! Our unit was a bit tired with a very minimal kitchen, but our family had a 2 BR downstairs so we were able to use that kitchen..would love to return!

Maui stay

The condo was very minimal and the kitchen was not well equipped. and well worn. The location was unbelievable, pool and beautiful private beach was just steps away from the condo.

A fairly good location

We had issues with spiders in the unit. The air conditioning was useless. The unit was sparsely equipped. The pool was excellent. The location for groceries could not be better.

Thank you for taking the time to review 214. We are completing an inventory of the units equipped and taking care of the AC issue. A pest control company has been hired to eliminate the tropical insects.

We are sorry for your disappointment with the a/c but we are happy that we were able to get someone out to the unit on the second day of your stay to reconnect a vent hose so the a/c could function properly. I hope the rest of your stay was wonderful despite the intermittent a/c during the first day of your stay.

Great time in Kihei

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very happy to have stayed at Waiohuli Beach Hale. Right on the beach which was huge for us. Great pool that is only 4.5 feet at its deepest which is great for younger kids. Only drawbacks were no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the condo. Make sure to bring quarters for the coin operated machines onsite. Overall a very very nice place to stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient location to stay at. Great pool complex and near private beach too. Unit D214 older and dated. Found many tiny bugs too that bit and left small red welts. These bugs not cool, but so many other positives that I can actually overlook bugs :) I hope that they were a type of tropical ant, and not baby bed bugs...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waiohuli Beach Hale is very close to everything you will need for your stay with easy access to the main highways. Unit D-214 is on the second floor with no elevator, but it's right next to the parking lot so you shouldn't have problems getting in and out. Just be ready to carry what you need up one flight of stairs. Everything was comfortable in the room. The two portable AC's did great. Highly recommend staying here if you can work with a second floor unit.

Nice but dated

The complex is a nice little set of condos on the beach. This particular unit is clean but dated. The kitchen was poorly laid out and a challenge to work in. The art is very dated. A couple of lights barely worked. And the biggest bummer: the pool is colder than the ocean, so nobody (except a dedicated lap swimmer) spent much time in it. Nonetheless, we had a nice time in Maui.
