Here, in addition to beach-themed art and a maritime-influenced style, you'll have a reverse floor plan, with the main living area on the second floor and a large open space on the lower level. This allows for amazing, panoramic views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Right from the comfortable sofas, you'll have a gorgeous ocean view. And if it's stormy outside, your front-row seat for the dramatic weather will be all warm and cozy. In the evenings, there's a wall-mounted TV with cable, a Blu-ray DVD player, and Netflix streaming.
