We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very spacious for our family of five adults and had all the essentials. It is located in a cute little town just a short, six-minute walk to the beach. We missed having an ocean view like we hoped, but the great location and roominess made up for it.

Amazing stay, spacious and the fenced in yard was such a lovely addition for the dogs. If there was one critique, could use a step stool for the kitchen to reach the higher shelves of dishes, maybe one for the bathrooms for sinks for the kids. Otherwise, perfection and we’ll definitely be there again

We appreciate the step-stool suggestion and will add a kitchen stool plus a couple of child-sized stools for the bathrooms so reaching shelves and sinks is simpler on future stays. Darling cottage with lots of space. Beautifully appointed and a fully stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach, the nature preserve, and local restaurants.

The fenced yard was great and we enjoyed the fire pit. The kitchen was really well stocked to be able to cook and eat at the house. It did seem odd that there wasn’t a toaster.

Lovely place

Great location- nicely decorated. Only complaint was a fan might have been nice as the weather was so warm, the house was a bit toasty. Kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Convenient spot, cozy accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, cozy (love the decor!), and has everything you’d need. It was a perfect spot for a quick beach getaway, just a short walk to the main street in town and the beach. There was just enough room in one bedroom for our girls’ pack n plays for sleep, and liked having the fenced in backyard for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rockaway house. It is lovely and comfortable, the yard was great for the dogs, and the beach was so easy to access. Rockaway Beach is also easy access to all the neighboring towns. Our stay was 3 weeks and I would definitely pick this house for my next trip.

Beautiful beach house

We were so happy that this house was bigger than we gathered from the pictures on-line. There was plenty of seating for everyone Everyone had a fabulous time staying here. We enjoyed time around the bonfire and grilled our dinners. Will definitely be back.

Great beach town vibes!

Stayed at the “dolphin” house with friends in Rockaway Beach, OR. Home was comfortable for 3 guests and a dog. Close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to beach access. Will absolutely stay and book again!

Excellent location and a well equipped home

The weather was lovely for a weekend at the beach. The location is so close to the beach and the train stop for the weekend steam train. We enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit and having a nice kitchen to cook in. Would highly recommend this property!

Rockaway Beach

The home was immaculate, cozy, comfy and over just fabulous. We could walk to the beach, have a bonfire in the backyard, it was so comfortable and roomy. We would stay here again.
