The Space:
This fabulous condo is the perfect place to take your next retreat and spend the getaway of a lifetime. You can enjoy the calming fountain on the pond from the living room, deck, and loft bedroom. After a day on the town, come back and make a wonderful meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or take advantage of the shared gas grill on the deck area. When you're done, curl up in front of one of the large flatscreen TVs and watch your favorite movie. The deck is a common area where you can find plenty of outdoor dining areas and grills in case you'd like to spice up your meals. Gather around the firepit and roast some s'mores with your friends as you all start planning tomorrow's adventures.
The Neighborhood:
This is a fantastic, high-end location with walking trails, which outdoor enthusiasts will surely love! You'll have everything you could want within walking distance–wonderful restaurants, shops, salons, and more will be at your fingertips. Put on your most comfortable walking shoes and walk to Centennial Trail for 23 miles of paved trail for walking, biking, and jogging.

questo complesso di appartamenti vanta una posizione strategica a Coeur d'Alene, in Riverstone, un'area con parchi a tema nelle vicinanze e in riva al fiume. Regal Riverstone e Coeur d'Alene Golf Course (campo da golf) sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività.
