Nice inside with new furnishings and carpet. AC is a big plus. Front porch extremely dirty and needs cleaning. Quiet at night but not during the day due to proximity to Dollar General and Darbi’s. Good stay overall.

This is a great property. The pictures online does not do it justice. We love how clean and new everything was inside. From the furniture to all kitchen appliances and utensils. Great location. Close to everything. I also loved that I was able to bring my pups with us. Definitely will book again.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this cozy Pinetop cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and full of charm—an easy place to relax and enjoy the mountain air. The location is a huge plus. The infamous Darbi’s Cafe is just a short walk away, making breakfast or dinner incredibly convenient, and there are also other great eateries and local shops nearby, all within easy walking distance.Overall, this cottage is perfectly located and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing Pinetop stay. We’d happily return.

Nice, comfortable place in a peaceful area. One of the highlights was the easy access to the Turkey Track Trail which is located right behind the neighborhood. Woodland Lake Park is about a 30-minute walk away and worth the trip. The kids were so excited to see how many ducks and geese were at the lake. This is a great spot for anyone who enjoys being close to the outdoors. We had a great stay and would recommend this property.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The house was exceptionally clean — everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared before my arrival. The location was also a huge plus: close enough to easily reach local restaurants and attractions, yet quiet enough to feel relaxing and private. Little touches throughout the home showed real care and attention to detail. Overall, it was a great stay. I’d definitely return and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located spot.

This cabin was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Even though we are an older couple the stairs upstairs to the master bedroom did not bother us we go to the gym everyday . Everything is brand new the furniture the carpet the appliances so we covered everything so that our dogs would not leave hairs on it. It has a small backyard just perfect for the dogs having to uugo out. I loved having the washing machine and dryer we needed that. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and we will surely be coming back.

The online pics really don't do this house any justice. It's more than just cozy and has recently been updated making it very comfortable. The carpet in front of the entrance door is going to get beat up eventually. That area would benefit from a small tile layout or other flooring (just saying). The location is very good and close to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, etc. We will be back if it's available in the near future.

This place is in a very convenient location with gas stations and Safeway being so close. It is very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This place is pet friendly but does have an additional charge of 149. In addition to the cleaning fee, which is somewhat reasonable . Very happy with my stay and would stay here again.
