Regarding the stairs, our listing does disclose under the Property Information section that the unit is on the second floor and that there is one flight of stairs upon entry. We understand that guests may have different expectations regarding stairs, but this information is provided in the listing so guests can review the access details before booking. As for the bedroom lighting, each bedroom does have a central light fixture that provides lighting throughout the room. The second bedroom also has additional hanging lights. We’re sorry if the lighting in the bedroom you used did not meet your personal preference. We’re always looking for reasonable ways to improve the guest experience.
