The Space:

The property is located right on the beachfront and the JBR Walk, with restaurants, cafes, and the white sandy beaches right at your doorstep. The building features a 24h security desk, free allocated underground parking, outdoor swimming pools and a gym. The tasteful interiors and top of the line appliances are designed for comfort and functionality and include a wide range of amenities.



All guests have access to JBR pools, JBR gym, and a public JBR beach is a short stroll away.

SPACE

Our uniquely designed luxury apartments feature 3 full bedrooms with 2 and half (½) bathrooms plus a maid’s room with a full bathroom. Two allocated parking spots in the underground garage are included in the rent (we will inform you about the specific parking slots in advance).

The tasteful interiors and top of the line appliances are designed for comfort and functionality, and include:

- A Master bedroom with a King-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom;

- The 2nd bedroom with a Queen-size bed or two Twin Size beds;

- The 3rd bedroom with two Twin-size beds;

- An adjacent full bathroom in the hallway;

- 4th bedroom (“Maid’s room”) with a Single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower stall;

- The living room has a sitting area, a dining area and a guest toilet;

- Utility room with a washing machine and a drying rack;

- Spacious balcony with outdoor furniture;

- Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access;

- 60 inch 4K Smart Ultra HDTV;

- High-end kitchen appliances;

- High-end coffee machine for capsules;

- Toaster, kettle and blender with mincer and grinder options;

- Cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, and kitchenware set for 8 people;

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment

• Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate

• Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

• Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate



CLEANING

• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only

• Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week with a 24hrs advanced request

• Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request
