Front entrance at the front of the house (shared exterior access)
Private entrance via the back deck, located at the rear of the property for added privacy
The finished basement is part of your unit and includes a full bathroom and private, in-unit laundry (washer and dryer). Laundry is not shared.

Parking options:
Street parking available in front of the house
Large private driveway on the property with space for up to 5 vehicles
Guests also have access to the outdoor deck and spacious yard.
