This home sits in a mature, quiet and family friendly neighborhood, close by to all amenities and major highways.
There are public transit routes nearby, and there is easy access to Highway 403 and 407. Easily connect to King Road just seconds from the house.
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
About our cleaning fees:
In prep for every guest, professional cleaners scour every inch of our properties and follow strict cleaning manuals that stipulate every detail, from how the towels are set to how the bed looks. This includes sanitizing all touchpoints/surfaces.
Providing our guests with the cleanest, most-comfortable stay is non-negotiable for us. And it is for this level of quality that we must charge cleaning fees. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
There is a dedicated smoking area on the front porch. Please use the wall-mounted ashtray. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
The backyard has a small patio and a barbecue and is fully fenced.
Pets:
Dogs are permitted with host approval (1 dog/stay) and must be included in the reservation. A pet fee of $150 will apply. Pet fees will be doubled for any stay over 14 days.
Parking:
Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces. There is driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles must be parked on the street.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm and no later than 11:00pm.
Check-out is at 11:00am prompt, unless late check out has been approved in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 11:30 am or later will be charged an additional $50.00 per half hour.
Quiet Hours:
Guests will be quiet and respectful of neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
NO Parties:
Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. Fines of up to $100.00/unapproved guest may be charged.
NO Smoking:
There is strictly no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana use permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500.00 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
NO Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
Cleaning:
We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close friend or family member by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the home. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.
Infant & Children Supervision:
**The basement stairs do NOT have a railing and could pose a potential fall risk, please be aware**
Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
Trash:
A rubbish bin is provided in each unit as well as rubbish bags under the kitchen sink and large disposal bins at the side of the house. Please ensure garbage and recycle are placed in the bins and sorted accordingly.
Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections:
The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host is not responsible for and cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
