We are 6 senior retired ladies that like to travel together once a year. Our stay at Richard's house was great, he always answer our questions, the check in was easy, the place was very clean & well stocked we all the things we could possibly need .

We had a great stay at the Mill House! We spent family weekend at Furman and it was convenient to the university and to several nice restaurants and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It was clean, nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and Communication with owner was excellent We will book again next time we visit Furman!

Our stay was as good as it gets with a smooth check-in, a beautiful living room, good water pressure in the showers and the most comfortable beds/ bedding. We did not use the kitchen, to cook or eat, but it was a great place to debrief our evenings given the open floor plan through to the dining room.

This place was perfect for my stay in town and small family gathering. Loved all of the house amenities and miscellaneous items included that you may have forgotten to pack. I would recommend to others and definitely stay again.

This house is perfect! Excellent and unexpected amenities. Owner is friendly and very quick to respond. Close to almost everything in downtown Greenville. Will recommend to others and will be back. Thank you again for the wonderful Mother’s Day weekend!!!

Cute house for family weekend in Greenville. Nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well stocked. Plenty of parking and large backyard outdoor area. Great communication with the host all weekend. The house is on the corner of a busy street so there was some noise but it did not bother us at night.

The home is beautiful. The owner thought of everything. It was easy to check in and easy check out. Everything was clean. Everything worked. It was just so comfortable.... it made our stay that much better. It's also very convenient to everything. It is in an up-and-coming area and this house is the gem of the area. The owner was easy to work with and has done a very good job outfitting this house for his guests.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully renovated. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the cozy furnishings, to the fresh flowers, and well-stocked amenities, which made us feel right at home.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and proactive with check-in instructions. Communication was smooth the entire time.The location was perfect as well—convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being peaceful and relaxing. We truly appreciated how easy and enjoyable the whole stay was.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

This was our third visit to the Greenville area in the past year, our 3rd VRBO rental. This house was by far the best house we have rented! The house was spotless, nicely decorated and fully stocked with anything you can possibly need while on vacation / away from home.The weather during our visit was not conducive to spending time outdoors in the yard. Yet, we were there to research relocation /retirement options. The location of this home is close to anything you would want to see in the Downtown Greenville area, and just 15 minutes to Travelers Rest. The host was super accommodating and attentive definitely easily accessible!We will certainly rent this VRBO on future trips down south!

The house was really nice, it was perfect for hosting a birthday party, the back yard is spacious and really nice when the sun goes down. The house was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host.
