Questo condominio di 1260 piedi quadrati al terzo piano si trova sulla riva del lago Dillon nei Point Dillon Condominiums che si trovano vicino alla diga di Dillon Reservoir. Very nice and clean condo. Beautiful views of the lake. We woke up every day to a different view of the lake. The ski passes were excellent. I would stay here again if I go back to Dillon.

Fantastic in MANY Ways!

This property is in a fantastic location for all seasons… We stayed for a weekend of skiing and it’s perfectly situated between Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge. Property is clean, comfortable and as described, we would rent here again in heartbeat!

Great stay!

Highly recommend this property! The location is perfect for summer day trips to Frisco, Breck and Keystone. Many restaurants within walking distance and also a grocery store close by to get your essentials for meals to eat on the patio. Huge patio with lovely views! The beds were very comfortable which was a plus!

Great place with great owners

This condo is centrally located to all the Summit County ski areas. Plenty of room, and in great condition. Finding a place with ski passes was awesome and appreciated! The owners were very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home base for skiing

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. Cozy, breathtaking view, and really well situated. I’ve never heard of a VRBO offering 4 daily ski passes, but it made for the trip of a lifetime. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Location & Comfort

This property was extremely easy to find and served us perfectly as our home base for the week. Close to everything you need and 12 minutes to Keystone ski area. The view of Lake Dillon and mountains from the back was stunning and the gas stove kept us so comfy. There is plenty of room, the kitchen was stocked and loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. The host was very communicative when we had questions. Great stay, would definitely book again!

Very nice condo for our weekend ski trip. Incredible view to wake up to. Furniture is a bit old (couches) but works just fine for evening unwinds. Kitchen was well setup for cooking in, but there's also a walking path to a couple local restaurants (15 min walk downhill... We Uber'd back up the hill to conserve for skiing). Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. The 4 daily ski passes (included) make this condo 5 stars ! Thanks to Leah (our host) for quick responses and great directions which led to zero issues with our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

The host was very kind and easy to communication. The check-in process was very clear smooth. The living room has stunning view of Lake Dillon. We liked the kitchen. The only disappointment was the double twin bed sheet swasn't clean. I could smell the BO from the pillowcase the first night. The next morning, I washed all the sheets in the twin beds and slept better since.

Leaving is the hardest part

We really wanted to stay forever. The condo is as advertised. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are beyond amazing day or night. The deck is a great space and warmer than you'd think on a fall day. Leah and Stephen were easy to reach and prompt to get someone in if repairs are needed. We stayed during the shoulder season so the resorts weren't open for us to use the passes. What a bonus for skiers or mtn bikers. We definitely recommend this property and plan on visiting again.

The condo sits up close to the lake and offers a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The large deck was spacious and wonderful to sit on, even during the rain. The condo is well built and we rarely heard anyone outside or in the other units. Be aware that there is no air conditioner. We opened the windows at night to let the breeze in, but sometimes there was not enough of a breeze to keep us cool. Ceiling or stand alone fans would have been very much appreciated at night (visited in July). We were interested in seeing if the ski lift passes could be used in the summer. I reached out to the manager but never received a response. Come to find out, the passes were in a kitchen drawer and we did not find them until the end of our trip. We would have found it helpful for there to be information as to where and how to use the ski lift passes either in the condo or received by email. A map of the property would have also been useful showing locations of the pools, etc.My 89 year old mother, who uses a walker, found it convenient to get into the unit and move around as needed.Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would consider staying there again. There is so much to do in and around Dillon.

Amazing View on Lake Dillon

The pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the oversized patio. The condo is conveniently located next to the dam so Frisco and Breckenridge were minutes away. The Dillon Amphitheater is about 1/4 mile away and we could hear the concerts from our patio. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here! The view was spectacular and the location was wonderful for hiking and biking! The condo was clean and well-supplied for all of our cooking/cleaning/sleeping needs throughout the week. It was really nice to have private, secure parking and space to put our bikes. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The facility was undergoing structural maintenance while we were there and the workers did an awesome job of working around everyone going in and out. Our only negative was that the elevator was out of order all week. We got in good shape going up and down the stairs!

Dillon Lake beauty

This condo has one of the most beautiful views in all of Colorado! Huge balcony, great living space, gas fireplace and did I mention the VIEWS!! Close to everything. We were very happy with our 5 night stay and will certainly be back and recommend to our friends! Thanks... Bob

Great getaway place.

It was our second time staying in this condo. It’s very convenient to have the ski passes and be right in town. We enjoyed the great view from the window, the hot tub and pool, the slopes at keystone and a-basin. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We have traveled to Dillon several times for family vacations. Several of my siblings(and my parents) have rented from this owner in the past (well before Vrbo existed). It’s always been a great experience.

We, Steve and Leah, grew up and worked most of our lives in Iowa until retiring in Colorado. Steve had the privilege of being a partner of Bill Bergman, one of the founders of the Keystone Resort. We, along with other Iowans, were original shareholders of Keystone International, Inc. which is the reason we have the four transferable ski passes. Our family has vacationed in Summit County for over 50 years.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased our condominium in 1979 primarily because we fell in love with the views from the family room, master bedroom and deck. The unit is located adjacent to Lake Dillon and a large lawn between the building and Lake Dillon. The south wall is primarily glass so, unless you lower the blinds, your view takes in the lake, mountains and sky. The underground parking, indoor pool, and hot tub were also factors in our decision.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

In the summer after biking on the hard-surfaced bike trail (adjacent to the condominium) to Vail, Breckenridge or Keystone or hiking, mountain biking or just sight seeing, enjoy relaxing on the deck and absorbing the views. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub with a water feature are also options.

In the winter most of our guests take advantage of the 4 free ski passes to ski and snow board at Keystone and Breckenridge and the 4 free ski passes to ski and snow board at Arapahoe Basin. Keystone has great programs for kids, including skating, tubing, a snow fort and ski and snowboard lessons.
