Just a short walk to the sands of private Coffins Beach or the popular Wingaersheek Beach, this home combines seaside tranquility with easy access to two of Gloucester’s most beautiful shores.

Inside, the main level features bright, open-plan living with a modern kitchen, dining, and living area, all designed to take in the serene ocean views. A full bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms (one with a full bed and one with a queen) make this level perfect for simple, convenient living.

Step downstairs to find an additional living area with a shuffleboard table, a spacious bedroom with a king bed and two twins, a bonus sleeping area with a queen bed, a second full bathroom, and even an extra kitchen, ideal for larger groups or families traveling together.
