This home provided the space that we needed for ten adults. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor lawn was large enough for outdoor games. The home was clean with the exception of the upstairs bathroom which was not. Some of the beds were very high and difficult for petite women to climb into. With the exception of the few complaints we enjoyed our stay in this home and would have stayed longer if we could have.

This house was perfect for our extended family of 17 adults and children over the July 4th weekend. There are great spaces for gathering - a huge family dining table, a deck with beautiful views of the mountains, the patio with a fire pit - and one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever encountered in a VRBO rental home. We enjoyed all the amenities this home provides, from the hot tub to the theatre room to roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, and we had fun on the lovely back lawn playing corn hole, frisbee, and setting up a few rounds of croquet (which we brought from home). There are lots of great family-friendly activities in the area - we rented paddle boards at Pineview Reservoir and cooled off in the lake, we had a great hike filled with abundant wildflowers to the Paper Airplane sculpture that even our youngest kid (age 6) could enjoy, and we went into Huntsville to enjoy the town fireworks show. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. We would definitely rent this house again!

The hosts were very responsive, and the house was in excellent condition. The location is perfect for Powder Mountain. We had 17 people (kids and adults), and the accommodations were great. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the house did not feel crowded at all.

Wonderful house for a big family - lots of rooms and kids beds. Complete with a large theatre room, roomy hot tub, great decorating and themed rooms. Plentifully supplied (laundry, kitchen, etc.), comfortable beds and sheets plus a roomy kitchen and large dining table. Great yard and view, perfect for family pictures.

July Family Reunion Fun

This place was so nice to stay for a family reunion in Huntsville. We brought our family from the east and this place is beautiful and made it easy.So much room, great amenities, double W&D, kitchen is huge, instant fun in theatre room, game room, back yard. It is amazing the hosts share this treasure for vacations.
