Room was clean and spacious. Furniture was ok. The host was slow to respond but once we realized the front desk was available to help it was quicker. Overall it was a nice atay for 7 days and the issues we had were resolved. The attached restaurant Kaminkis's was amazing. Would stay again.

It was ideal for the family. My wife and I, my son and significant and my two granddaughters. Each had our own room and the girls loved the whirlpool in the living room. We used the kitchen to save us time and money! We would book again.

The 3 bed, 3 bath worked great for our group. The kids enjoyed the large tub in the living room. Having the kitchen was great to make our meals.

The room worked well for our trip. Three beds and three baths worked great for three families. The kitchen had very basic supplies and the room was mostly clean, but not as clean as I would have liked. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider renting again.

Space was great. Quality not so much. Beds and couches extremely uncomfortable. There were no supplies as if it was an Vrbo. Also had to ask for extra towels and blankets from resort and they were out.

Stay was fine. Nearly zero response form host after multiple communication attempts. Tried to add a day and had to make second reservation resulting in us getting locked out of room.

Host was difficult to impossible to contact. Tried to add an additional day and couldn’t. Had to make a second reservation which caused us to get locked out of our room and unable to access our belongings. This wa supposed to be corrected and never was. Did not receive check in instructions until an hour before arrival which was well after check in time.

The room was very clean! Usually we have to do a wipe over ourselves, but the staff did a very good job! Keeping in contact with the host was easy and they tried their best to respond back as soon as they could. Our room was an easy walk to the water park and game room . When we needed more things, they sent staff right away. Water park was clean . Then only issues we had were field trip kids there and none of the tubes were available for use until after 2 pm.

The room was clean and as advertised. We were a little disappointed as to condition of water park and mini golf course which were a little run down. All in all we were satisfied with stay.
