The house was very clean and family-friendly. It is the most stocked, well supplied rental I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great property that met our needs while visiting Duke hospital! The house was just as advertised, and the location was convenient to the hospital, grocery stores, and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and inviting. We appreciated having a small grassy yard for our small dog that traveled with us. Finally, the communication with the host was excellent and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Modern two-story condo that’s spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location was ideal for us — about a 10-minute drive to both Duke and the airport.The owner is exceptionally responsive. We had a minor A/C issue, and he replied right away and helped us get it sorted. I also asked if they had a screwdriver on hand, and he ordered one so it arrived the next day. That kind of service goes well beyond what you’d expect.10/10 — great place, and the hospitality is top notch.

So sorry the guest before your stay broke the house rules and smoked indoors Gerry , very sad and frustrating on a home with multiple out door areas . The smell of course is long gone now , our apologies again people can be very ridiculous.
