Convenient but dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at elk springs before and had a great experience, but this one has got me concerned on the upkeep..We had used old sheets on one pull out bed, one of the blankets was filled with bugs, the wifi was spotty, the downstairs theatre system didn’t work, the water dispenser on the fridge was non-functioning, and found centipedes crawling around the cabin.Needless to say it made us uneasy and question future stays. They didn’t offer any compensation, just new linens... would not stay at Buckwild again.

Home in the Mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Elk Springs many times in many cabins. This is the second time we have stayed in Buckwild. Our children are grown now and we have a family vacation every September. The layout is perfect with 3 king suites on separate floors. We are all together but can have a little space if needed. We usually see bears either at the cabin or on the way to or from town. We usually don't need much attention but we know it is there if we need it. With all the cabins in the area we usually keep our search to the Elk Springs Area. It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, with no steep driveways that you need 4 wheel drive to get up. Thanks for making memories that we will keep forever.

Its wonderful to hear that the layout provides the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space, along with a convenient location near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We truly appreciate your continued loyalty and are grateful to be part of the memories your family will cherish for years to come!!

Great Cabin - As Advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time with myself and 2 teen boys. Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the airhockey table had very thin pucks. So anything over a very light hit sent the buck flying off the table. But overall the cabin was great!
