The bathroom clog was indeed severe, and while we responded as quickly as possible—especially given it was a Sunday—it appeared to be the result of an unusual blockage. We do ask all guests to be mindful of what enters the plumbing, as situations like this can unfortunately impact functionality during a stay. Regarding the pool area, our deck is stamped concrete and is not typically slippery under normal conditions. We were very sorry to hear about the fall and hope your friend is recovering well. We do encourage all guests to use caution, particularly if enjoying beverages poolside, as that can sometimes contribute to unexpected slips.
