It was a great spot on the River. The house was small but quaint. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities. The only negative was the bathroom is in between both bedrooms. But we made it work. Location is amazing. A must try!

What a great spot right on the river! Approx 4 houses from the swimming hole at state park where you can easily paddle up-river, or float down-river a couple hours to KP Hole. The house is private downstairs unit (2 bed / 1 bath) where owners live upstairs. The interior is nicely decorated, and perfect for 4-6 people. There’s a covered back patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee and watch the river & wildlife/tubers; or the backyard has nice dock over the water for fishing or just sitting & enjoying nature. We had a blast, and the location makes this house a special destination.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and communicated all information thoroughly. The beds were comfortable. Each room had its own A/C unit which made the room temperature appropriate for each member of my family. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and other essentials. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances. A full size coffee pot and Keurig made coffee a breeze. My husband enjoyed cooking some on the outside grill also. We spent evenings playing board games and cards around the dining room table, which was really nice. The extra seating at the bar/island in the kitchen was great for extra room. The couches in the living room were comfortable and clean. The outside was well maintained. The dock and area at the water entrance was clean and had comfortable outside furniture. The screened porch allowed us to get out of the sun but still comfortably visit while we dried off. I highly recommend this property for relaxation. It was great for our family. We hope to visit again soon. No complaints!!!

The property is just as listed. It’s literally “Almost Heaven.” It’s clean, cute and well maintained. We had the best time making memories with family. We will be back.
