Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We only wish we had heard about these concerns while you were still here so we could have had the opportunity to address them during your stay. The only issue brought to our attention was the refrigerator light, and that was after checkout once you had already headed home. We were not made aware of any concern with the ice maker or breaker while you were here. We also recognize that a condo can sometimes feel a little different once everyone is settled in, although we do provide photos and the floorplan to help guests get a good sense of the space before arrival. We were glad you chose to extend your stay when offered an additional night at a reduced rate, and we hope that means there were plenty of things you enjoyed about your time here as well. Between the white-sand beaches, Gulf breeze, sunshine, palm trees, and so many great local restaurants, we certainly hope your visit left you with some wonderful memories beyond the few concerns mentioned here.
