La vostra famiglia e gli amici potranno godere di questo spazioso tre camere da letto 3 1/2 città bagno di casa con splendida vista della stazione sciistica di Deer Valley. Il nostro condominio è di oltre 2.500 metri quadrati con tre camere da letto singole su diversi livelli per la privacy. Il master suite privata con soffitto a volta con una piattaforma esterna. Due box auto per mantenere la vostra auto dalla neve. Camino a gas e una vasca idromassaggio privata per tenere al caldo dopo una grande giornata di sci o in mountain bike o il potere commerciale di Park City. Durante i mesi invernali c'è un servizio navetta gratuito Deer Valley direttamente alle piste sciistiche. La cucina è ben attrezzata con una griglia a gas sulla terrazza esterna. Lavanderia è sul posto con una lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Family Ski Trip Success!

Great place and great location for a family ski trip. The “pick you up at your door” shuttle service was quick and worked well. The place was well equipped with the base essentials (coffee filters, spices, etc) and a well equipped kitchen and great grill. Our host was fantastic and checked in during our stay. We are coming back!

Wonderful stay close to Deer Valley

We had a great stay at Jerry’s beautiful property. It’s situated right between Park City (an easy walk into town) and the Deer Valley base (with a great shuttle service back and forth for the ski days). Beyond that, the townhouse is spacious, quiet, and well kept with everything you will want / need to make yourself feel at home. Communicating with Jerry was a pleasure, and he made our stay feel like we were guests at an old friends place.

Fantastic Stay

This property is a must for staying in Deer Valley. Very clean, well stocked, beautiful decor and comfortable. We have zero complaints. Beautiful view from the living area/deck. Would stay again if we visit the area. Shuttle to Deer Valley and bus to Park City within steps.

Deer Valley March 2025 Trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Deer Valley townhome. The house was immaculate, the location is very convenient, the internet signal was strong, awesome views of the DV mountain, the ski shuttle service was superb and my wife and daughter loved the hot tub. We had always stayed on the mountain but the location at this townhome was much more convenient for us. Jerry was super attentive and checked on us to see if we needed anything. We plan to visit and stay their next season!

Great Property!

My family spent 10 nights during the summer and everything exceeded our expectations. The property is spacious, comfortable (A/C came in handy) and in a great location. There is a reason there are so many positive reviews! Jerry is a terrific host and we look forward to visiting again.

Amazing Location - Great Experience

This place is perfect for a quick ski getaway. Jerry the owner couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. The place was spotless and well equipped! The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi was fabulous and very relaxing after a day of powder. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful property, great host!

We had a great family stay at this property - perfect for a ski vacation. Shuttle picks up right at the end of the driveway. Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room for family time at the end of the day - we loved the fireplace and roomy couches. Beautifully updated. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great communication with the host!

Jerry’s home in Deer Valley was truly anhone away from home. Everything in the house is clean, beautiful and well organized. It was well stocked with essentials and Jerry checked in periodically to make sure our stay was OK. Thank you for a wonderful week of skiing!

Deer Valley Convenience

Townhouse was perfect for our family. Love that each bedroom was on a separate floor. Ski shuttle to Deer Valley is extremely convenient. Order the shuttle on the DV Direct app and you are picked up at end of driveway and dropped off at DV base. Would like to stay again next year!

Wonderful Family Ski House

Our family of three went to Deer Valley with another family of four. The house was perfect. The kids all fit in the room with the bunk beds and the parents each had large comfortable rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room was nicely decorated with tons of seating. We would go back in a heartbeat. Communication with the owner was efficient and fast.

Beautiful and spacious condo near Deer Valley

My husband, his parents, and I had a lovely stay at this property! Jerry is a a wonderful host - very communicative and kind. We appreciated his welcome message and flexibility!! The condo is a perfect layout for multiple groups - each bedroom is on a different level and has its own bathroom. The Deer Valley skier’s shuttle cab be requested through an app to pick you up right at the end of the driveway, too! Super convenient.

Senior skiing

Jerry was a great host, reaching out early to offer any help we might need. We were 4 high school friends now in mid to later 70’s, and all 4 of our wives have retired from skiing. Terrific 5 days! Very nice condo, comfortable beds, easy in and out. Really convenient if skiing Deer Valley, and wise to use the free shuttle, as parking was heavy this week. Easy drive over to Park City. Beautiful skiing at both.

Excellent value in a Deer Valley property

We were 3 adult couples and this condo was just prefect for us. Each couple not only had their own bedroom and bath, but also their own "level" as there are four levels and this provides a lot of privacy and flexibility. The location was perfect for skiing at Deer Valley. The Deer Valley Direct complimentary shuttle picks you up right at the end of the driveway. Super convenient. Jerry was really responsive on everything and his place is extremely well equipped, all the dishes or utensiles you could need, super comfy beds, very clean and all around a perfect place. Would definitely return in a heartbeat.

A Park City Gem

The home was exactly as represented in the listing. It is spacious, so the 3 adults and 2 dogs were never on top of each other. The bedrooms are large and the 3 bathrooms were well appointed. The location is GREAT - and the surrounding area is great for dogs. The Deer Valley shuttle worked perfectly, and even getting over to Park City to ski there was easy. We could walk to many places from the house. The house has everything you could possibly need and was better stocked than any other home I have rented from VRBO. The property manager/owner is fantastic - he contacted me before we arrived and gave me all the details for gaining access to the house. I had his cell number so I could call if we needed anything. And he gave us many good tips for enjoying the area and the home. The neighborhood was quiet. There are terrific views from the house. We plan to return again and hope that we can rent this particular property again. It was FIVE stars PLUS! We highly recommend it.

We're never far away so if you need any help or ideas while your vacationing in Deer Valley please let us know.

We have spent many years in Park City and we love the open feeling and peacefulness of lower Deer Valley. It's amazing how convenient this condo is to all activities in Park City.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The property has a feel of open space which you don't always get in Park City. Many options to take walks and it's close to the ponds of Deer Valley .
The condo has a awesome outside deck with a great table thats seats 8 people and and a gas grill. Great spot in the summer for relaxing.
