This holiday flat is located on the first floor of a detached house within a private residence and is situated in Cannes on the Côte d'Azur. From the house you can reach the beach, the Croisette centre and the Festival Palais in just a few minutes.
Outside, a large terrace with garden furniture, two balconies and a garden with an infinity swimming pool (heatable) await you. Here you can completely relax and unwind. The infinity pool is a saltwater pool, i.e. it is very pleasant, odourless and equipped with the latest water treatment technology without the addition of chlorine. Another highlight is the private boules court (boccia). The garden is shared with the owner at times or, after completion of the garden flat, with its tenants if rented at the same time. You can actively explore the neighbourhood with the four bicycles available (three men's bikes, one women's bike). Cars can be parked free of charge in three private outdoor car parks. Pets are allowed on request.
With a living space of approx. 100 m², this luxuriously furnished villa floor with its own entrance, which was completed in March 2018, offers enough space for a maximum of six people. The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa, a satellite TV, a dining table with seating and a fireplace for cosy hours. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a (deep) fridge, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a filter coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. The large sliding glass doors provide plenty of light. A total of three bedrooms await you: Two bedrooms each have a double bed (1.60 metres wide), while the third has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide). The bathroom features a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. There is also a shower and washbasin in another bathroom, but the WC is located in a separate room. The entire house is equipped with central air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi. A washing machine can also be used free of charge.
The sea and the beach, as well as the centre (Croisette) can be reached on foot in approx. ten to fifteen minutes. A supermarket, a bakery and a bus station are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 200 - 300 metres).
