Spiaggia semi-privata e dock sulla baia poco profonda, ideale per famiglie e bambini.

Questa è una bella casa sulla spiaggia privata rinnovata sul lago Skaha. Avrai 70 piedi di spiaggia di sabbia con una firepit per quelle meravigliose serate sotto le stelle o godrai una bottiglia di vino di Okanagan all'estremità del molo quando le luci si accendono e l'enorme cielo si riempie di stelle. Barbecue sul grande patio. o rilassati sotto un salice piangente .. Nuota, pesca, abbronza, fai un tour del vino o puoi fare un'escursione e arrampicare su Skaha Bluff proprio sopra la casa.
La sciopero di livello inferiore è una grande area con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Camera da letto 1- King, camera da letto 2-regina, camera da letto 3-letto matrimoniale con futon in camera familiare.
Il livello superiore è riservato esclusivamente ai proprietari e occupato dai proprietari.
Affittiamo a settimana solo durante l'estate. Minimo 3 notti per il noleggio fuori stagione. Per un noleggio fuori stagione a lungo termine, contattare il proprietario.

Great stay by the lake!

We had a great stay at Joanne’s place. When we weren’t exploring Penticton and the Naramata Bench, we were enjoying dinner outdoors, games on the lawn, or taking the kayaks out at sunset. The place comfortably fit three generations of our family. We’d gladly return.

Fantastic lake front property

House has everything you need. Our hosts lived upstairs but you’d never know. Very quiet. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, chilling on the dock and watching the sunset on the back patio. Our welcome gift of chocolates and a lovely bottle of red from a local winery was very thoughtful. The coffee station(including coffee sugar and creamer) was the perfect start to our day. Beds were very comfortable, the shower water pressure was excellent. We hope to return next year.

Nice spot on lake

Had a great stay. Nice location on lake. Water is shallow on the lake for awhile off property which is great for smaller kids. Comfortable well furnished place. Joanne was great at communicating making herself available if needed.

Great size and location

Lake front getaway

My family (2 adults, 3 teens) really enjoyed our time at this property. It was easy to access the nearby community, and the lake access was ideal for us. Look forward to returning.

Beautiful Stay

We had an amazing stay in this property. We had 2 kids under 2 and they could play on the beach with no concerns as the water is very shallow. The property had everything we needed and Joanne and Greg were great with communication if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!!

Ideal Lakefront Accommodation

Wonderful week on the lake at this cosy, clean and comfortable property. Close to wineries, Skaha Bluffs and Penticton. Friendly and helpful owners. We hope to return to explore more.

Relaxing lakefront getaway

We had a great time here. The beach and dock were so great. Joanne was very responsive to any extra requests and we really appreciated the flexibility with early/late checkout. Thank you!

Good Value

This is a lovely property with a great little beach and dock. Good value, lots of room, very nice owners! We enjoyed our stay! The only negatives are to be expected; this property is on a busy thoroughfare which is a bit loud; and there are people upstairs which can get a bit noisy at times. If you are looking for total quiet this is not the spot.

Disappointing beach

Very comfortable housing with all the necessary utilities. Comfortable beds. Great tv. Well located for access to Penticton and Skaha Beach. The 2 downsides are 1) that the house is on a very busy road, on a blind curve so entering and exiting is sketchy 2) the lakefront is soft gooey mud. We had a toddler with us and we had looked forward to her being able to paddle in the shallow water which was completely impossible. There is an excellent dock and we had to use the far end to put our paddleboards in - not very easy to do actually.

Awesome getaway!

Loved it here! Would definitely love to come back! We didn’t want to leave!!! Having the lake in the backyard was the best part ! Hosts were extremely great! Thanks again so much for letting me bring my dog, she loved it too 😊

Great for small kids and grandparents!

We had a blast and Greg and Joanne were fantastic hosts. The weather turned out great and we were able to use the little beach, the propane firepit, and the kayaks a lot. The AC worked great and the place was very clean and well equipped, both inside and out. Outside is a nice Tiki bar and covered patio and lots of games. We plan to come back another year!

We will be back!

My husband and I came with our 3 young children (under 5) and had the best time. Fully fenced yard with lots of grass and sand to play, shallow water they could play in without constant hovering and all the amenities you could need. Our hosts didn't mind my brother visiting with his family for the day and we had the best time. Playgrounds and the town are a quick drive away but you are far enough removed that it's doesn't matter how busy it gets as you have your own private beach. All in all I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hosts or the property and we would happily visit again.

Fun Family week at the lake

Wonderful week spent relaxing at the lake. The yard was perfect for our family and pup. Kids loved the water, sand area and lawn .The rental was well appointed with everything we needed. The exceptional hospitality included gift basket , kitchen and bath supplies were newly supplied for covid protocol which we appreciated . Joanne and Greg were available and quick to respond to any questions. We loved spending time at the beach area, morning coffee on the dock and relaxing . We are looking g forward to going back again!

Pleasant stay in Penticton

Booked on short notice. Owners were very accommodating, check in was seamless. Location on the lake is wonderful, enjoyed beautiful days and evenings outside and on the dock. Water is shallow in that area

Family week at the lake

We had a truly wonderful time on the lake. Travelling with elementary school aged kids, the grandparents and our dog this rental had everything we needed and plenty of space for all. Kitchen was completely equipped. All linens and towels were plentiful. Laundry and dishwasher were really convenient to have and all the detergents were supplied. It was cool inside and on the shaded patio in the afternoon sun but had such a beautiful setting to set and enjoy the heat if you wanted it. It was quiet and private even though the owners are upstairs, it never felt intrusive. Over all it was just a very relaxing and incredibly easy place to stay.

Hot, hot, hot

We stayed here during the 44 degree days of late June ‘21. It was a hot week, but there was no where better to beat the heat than here - AC and lakefront!We enjoyed the AC Greg and Joanne are great hosts and the property is as pictured. We’ll be back!

Late summer fun

Joanne and Greg were wonderful hosts! Very laid back, but also very helpful with recommendations. Their lake front set up is ideal for a cheeky getaway and it was very Covid-conscious! I would stay here again and again :)
