We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

This house was very clean, and located in a great spot. Kimberly was great to communicate with. Shops are nearby, walking distance. Lovely home!

We spent an amazing week at this property. The house was comfortable and thoughtfully set up indoors and out. The layout of bedrooms worked perfectly for us as we had family from the west coast on a different sleep schedule. I cannot say enough about the location. Anything you need or want to do is within walking distance. We barely got in the car all week, which is preferable on the Cape in the summer. Great communication and a warm welcome by the hosts.

This property is fabulous! We had 12 adults and it worked great - plenty of room, bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking at home easy, in addition to the outdoor grill. The outdoor space is great with plenty of seating and screened in area. The location couldn't be better with the ability to walk to downtown and harbor for shopping and restaurants. Beach is 5 min drive along with a major grocery store and a fabulous local market. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. Kimberly is a fabulous host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This place couldn't have been cleaner, it was sparkiing, The space met our basic needs. We loved the yard and yard furnishings. The kitchen was well-stocked. The owner responded promptly and appropreatly to all of our questions. We missed having a game or rec room, but we knew in advanc there wouldn't be one. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown to the many coffee and restaurant choices. We did not understand that we were expected to thoroughly clean the place before leaving, but we did tidy it up a bit and weren't aware there was any damage. The owner identified several cleaning issues we weren't aware of and our full damage deposit was not refunded.
