Beach Bliss, Right Here! Ocean Views, Private Access & Good Times! Welcome to Nancy’s Nest!

Escape to our idyllic condo, perfect for a weekend with friends, a relaxing couples escape, or for families seeking a fun-filled getaway on Carolina Beach! With an open living area, spacious rooms, and outdoor balcony seating , this spot is perfect for all. Set just across from local eateries like Uncle Vinny's and Leaf & Love, and down the street from the boardwalk, there's no shortage of fun and entertainment!

The space
Nancy’s Nest is NON-SMOKING and features two bedrooms. The primary has a queen bed and an ocean view, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the open living room has plenty of space to set up the 2 adult sized cots that are stored in the primary closet.

This condo is located on the first floor above the parking. There is one set of stairs to reach Nancy’s Nest.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a homemade meal or dining in with take out. There is a leaf for the dining table to serve 6.

The balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. There is access to the pool using a fob. Please make sure to return to unit or you will be charged to replace it. Please do not place towels over the balcony railing.

The parking is unassigned and you MUST use the parking pass in your windshield. If you don’t use the pass, your car will get towed at your own expense.

Guest access
You have access to the pool using the provided fob as well as the private catwalk out to the beach. THE POOL IS CLOSED OCT 1ST FOR THE WINTER SEASON. There are two parking passes to be used and returned at the end of your stay. The fob replacement fee is $250 and the parking pass replacement fee is $100.

The contact and fast response time from Lierin was best experience I have ever had with any stay using VRBO. Highly recommend Nancy's Nest! Great view of the pool that has some shade at all times of the day. This was perfect for different age grandkids.

My family and I loved the place! Clean, cute, and great location, especially for the price! Literally only complaint is I wish I'd known smoking wasn't permitted on the balconies before booking.. Being honest, that would have likely swayed my choice. As a result, half my vacation was spent relaxing in a carport under the building lol Literally everything else was great and if I ever quit smoking, will definitely book again
