La casa ha grandi pareti su entrambi i lati nella parte posteriore, serratura cancello anteriore, a piedi verso l'oceano, piscina privata con ingresso spiaggia. I grandi cocco offrono molta ombra. Oltre a un ponte rialzato con splendida vista sul tramonto! E un Rancho sulla spiaggia con divano letto.

The backyard is very beautiful and very relaxing. The host and caretaker very helpful, but the inside of the house is dusty , cobwebs and dirty floors and most upsetting cockroaches in the back rooms , bathroom and kitchen.

Beautiful place

My family and I spent two nights here. An amazing place t o simply relax, enjoy the beach, sun, and pool; and to catch up on some much needed rest. The custodians were extremely attentive and friendly. An all around great experience.

Great Stay!

Darrick was very responsive to my communications and answered all the questions I had about the house. The house itself was very spacious. The pool was awesome and the beach did not have any rocks (a lot of beaches in El Salvador are full of rocks). We really enjoyed our weekend stay there and would recommend to anyone. Alfredo the caretaker of the property was very nice and took care of all our needs while we were there.

family holidays

Needs deep cleaning, the house was completely dirty, in the kitchen and bathrooms cockroaches and bad smell, the kitchen cabinet doors are falling off and full of cockroaches, floors, bathrooms and glass doors completely dirty, the pool does not work and does not we were able to enjoy it.

First time in a new country

Loved the place. Care takers were nice. We paid the care takers for their service but all they did were cook and clean the dishes. They were supposed to also sweep and mom, and take out trash daily. It was no big deal though. We loved the beach and the house.

Special place

When we first got there we had a very american mind set. Had we only waited a few days we would have seen the real value the beach was amazing and private and the service by Margarita and Alfredo was way beyond our expectations. When you first arrive there maybe some shock however just go with it, you will be more than happy!!! Also very impressed with Derricks customer service and improvements to the home.

Very nice!

The beach house is great for the price, clean, comfortable and enjoyable for a group of 6-8 people. We had a great time thanks to the care takers who are very good and hard working people. We were able to have all 3 meals at the house with out having to go out, they even did our food shopping when we needed. Our 2-nights stay were peaceful and relaxing. The only inconvenience and that's why I couldn't give 5 stars It's the road after the gate going to the house, other than that we are pleased with everything. Thanks Darrick!

A wave from it all review

The renting process was super easy, the care taker was very friendly and helpful! The property however needs alot of maintenance and repairs. There was an awful smell that comes from toilets when they are flushed. The floors are always wet for some reason. We had a good time but the listing was not very accurate in many ways.

Family retreat

We live in USA and booked this property for a family two day retreat to stay in during a trip to see family in El Salvador. The hosts were very responsive and even own other properties nearby. Due to COVID, my husband and I were unable to travel but kept the reservation for our extended family to enjoy. It was easy to find, spacious, great outdoor areas, and beautiful beach. The caretakers were helpful and great to have for advice. Our family loved it and it’s unfortunate we were unable to see it ourselves but the family gave it five stars! Thank you for letting our family stay in your home. Hoping to book again in the future!

Relaxing stay at a beautiful spot

We were impressed with the property and location, and enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very helpful and cooked excellent food for us.Unfortunately, it seemed like the property manager wasn't expecting us because she didn't know who we were when we got there (although there was no problem getting in after showing her a message from the owner) and at least two rooms had sandy sheets that might not have been cleaned.We also appreciated the new fridge and freezer, but they weren't as cold as they should have been during the entire stay. We essentially used the freezer as our fridge.Overall, it was a positive experience, but could have been better.

Beautiful secluded beach.

Darrick and Connie are wonderful property owners. Fast communication and great to deal with. The house has an excellent layout for guests with a large kitchen and sitting area. Big flat screen TV with a DVD player and tons of supplied DVD for kids as well as grown ups. I picked this place specifically for my 4 year old son. The pool has a shallow area that is from 12" deep to nothing so he could safely play in the water while we were swimming in the deeper end. The air conditioned rooms were a big plus as well. We have stayed in a few other beach homes and by far this one was surrounded by better roads and towns with stores very close by. Some we have stayed at were very isolated. Amazing Ocean Views

We Stayed for 1 week in this beautiful ocean paradise and it felt comfortable and homey. The pool was inviting and warm, and we loved walking on the beach and listening to the sound of the waves. The breeze off the ocean was a blessing to keep you cool on the hot days. We began each morning with freshly brewed coffee, prepared by the amazing caretakers, Margarita and Alfredo, and sat on the deck overlooking ocean. We enjoyed getting to know them and they did a great job looking after us and keeping the place clean. They also prepared great local dishes for us. Everyone we met was very friendly. Claudia and Julio, who is a national tour guide, taught us a lot about the country and they organized our sightseeing tour - we went zip lining, sightseeing of the countryside and volcano and went to some artisan shops in the mountains. We wiill definitely return to El Salvador especially for a family vacation with our children and grandchildren. Thank you to Darrick and everyone who helped make our stay so wonderful.

Best Vacation Ever!

This was my first time renting a home other than staying at a resort. I was a little worried not knowing what to expect, but from the moment we arrived it was the most restful relaxing fun vacation I have ever had. what I loved most was the ocean front home and 10 steps to the pool. we paid the Marga and Alfredo to cook and wash dishes ( 10 dollars a day amazing deal ). we had breakfast lunch and dinner when WE want not when we could squeeze in at a resort, or having to pack up beach stuff to go to the pool and beach all right there. the house and grounds are exactly or better than shown. sitting on the beach deck, laying in hammock or beach cover day bed with sea breeze blowing was perfect. i can not wait to go back here and may have gone to my last all inclusive because this has it all. thanks to derrick who was quick to answer all our questions and so quickly . thanks again

Quite obvious the owner takes pride in this rental beach house with the lovely decor and upgrades

This rental property is absolutely amazing for a family getaway. This is a return visit for us and will not be our last. The beds had the most comfy mattress, perfect for a restful sleep after a day of full sun, not to mention a/c was a bonus. Bathroom decor is detailed, water pressure is slightly low in shower but nothing to put your nose up about (the outside shower, had tremendous pressure if absolutely needed). The kitchen is gorgeous, no limit to detail. Serves multiple of guests with plenty of room to spare. Margarita and Alfredo are very helpful in the kitchen making yummy meals at our request. During our most recent stay Margarita was abit under the weather so household items may have slacked slightly but nothing our family is above (we are all human and must remember we are in there country). The pool and deck view to ocean to breath taking to say the least. A newly constructed pergolia/massage but on the beach is brilliant (my favorite resting spot) although I had many to chose from. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation this year! Bravo to the owners!

Retreat in Paradise

Our memorable family vacation was spent at this beautifully modern updated beach house (ages ranging from 7 to 65). Only 20 minutes from airport, it was refreshing too arrive to this newly decorated modern decor (kitchen, baths, beds) making it feel like home. A restful good nights sleep was no problem with the new beds/mattress and the background sound of the hand throw away ocean waves was always calming. Inside & out is well maintained and very clean. The bright colours of the flower gardens, to the painted mural, to the lawn furniture is definately eye catching. With just a hop, skip and a jump away (litterly) the beach area is absoluately beautiful with 2 private palapas (no need to reserve with towels here). Our 12 day stay was filled with sunshine everyday (guaranteed tanning) either at the beach or by the poolside, with the option of getting into the shady area with the many mature palms on this property or swaying in a hammock. Gazing off into the amazing sunsets were a dream. I can honestly say this trip was both relaxing and rejuvenating to say the least...I will definately be returning to this beach house in paradise. I miss ElSalvador already!

Outstanding!

Thank you for the amazing time you provide with the beauty of the house! It was extremely hot those days and margarita told us that there are fans but because of the new ceilings there was none but they were gonna install them after we would leave. But the rooms with air conditioner gave us chance to go and cool off if it was too hot and dip in the pool. There was a problem with the wood in the stairs and you guys immediately came to fix it as soon as we let you guys know and I appreciate that. Other than that the house worked great for a large group. The large dinning room was awesome for family gatherings. Margarita and her husband were fabulous, I miss them already, they kept the house clean, went and got us food, snacks, wash our clothes (we gave them what we thought was reasonable to wash our clothes) they cut fresh coconuts for us, and were amazing host. You got a gem on them! If we travel again with a large group I will sure come back 😉 Don't be afraid to travel to this location we encounter no problems, we stay in the grounds and travel around via car almost everyday out during the day to la libertad, the ruins, and even Usulutan. Just always be aware and travel with other people. We had a wonderful time, we live in the states and we want to come back and we would choose this place!

Less than ideal

Overall the proximity to the ocean was excellent and the pool was very convenient. Margarita, care taker, was absolutely beautiful and incredibly attentive and I think she deserves to be appreciated so much more. She made us feel welcome every day we were there. The property, however, MUST be kept up and I don’t mean like mopping or sweeping. I mean the building facade as well as furniture are falling apart. Paint peeling off walls and ceilings, which concerned us for our health when debris was falling on our faces. The shower heads inside and outside need to be changed, as they look unsanitary. Cabinets are falling apart. The door to the beach is rusty, be careful, as I cut my finger with it. I have shared all of my feedback with the owner along with pictures documenting our concerns. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that the owner sticks with the promise of improving the property for future guests and properly compensates the care taker. As I shared with Connie, one of the owners, this stay was NOT worth the amount we paid. We expected SO much more and better. Ultimately be aware and you be the judge.

Bed covers with ugly smell

The staying and Everything else was magnificent is a beautiful place to stay and spend time with family except the bed sheets had a ugly smell from all the beds like they have not been washing the sheets and im sure that's very important to anybody as a guest or customer

Relaxing but not the best.

It was a relaxing place, but there was 3 things I didn’t really like. 1. Toiletries and cleaning - 1st roll is complementary but then you have to provide your own. Cleaning you have to ask and pay the property keeper/manager * any other place I stayed property keeper/manager would check in every morning to clean and place new items. 2. Air conditioning is limited, most likely to save energy. 3. The beach portion on this property isn’t really swimming friendly as water currents are strong and it has high hazard specially for kids. If your in the business of renting out you should be more accommodating to your guest. In the end they are paying for a service. I stayed at their a wave from it all #2 couple of years back and this place was better than #2 as this one actually had AC. Almost forgot Pool not the best kids got multiple cuts on their feet and hands due to the poor care on the pool besides the excessive chlorine used. Yes it’s a relaxing place but won’t be staying on any of their locations going forward.

Location could not be more perfect in every way. this gated safe community being central to everything that El Salvador has to offer. We currently live and work in London Ontario Canada. and look forward to retiring here. ( not soon enough )

The area is absolutely beautiful! With every convenience I could want or need. besides the gorgeous area and country... it was TRULY the people that made my decision SO easy, Unbelievably friendly! People do make all the difference!!

After spending some time looking for the perfect place for us, this little gem became available, we could see that with a little love and removal of a few walls... that we found a great family get away! We have update almost everything in past 5 years from new roof, modern kitchen, tile in bathrooms, new furniture, large deck over looking ocean, putting in windows and doors, adding beach entrance to pool with stone deck and the latest addition is the Rancho on beach with hanging day bed. We are always looking at new thing to change or update and it is a work in progress but we love our little bit of paradise!! From our family to yours, we hope that you enjoy our little get away by the beach...
